Adrian Chu is the founder and CEO. A Seattle native, he has worked in real estate since 2010 and has closed 700+ transactions worth more than $500 million. He is licensed in Washington, California, Oregon and Arizona.

Adrian is also an investor, developer and builder. He has sourced more than 100 units of development sites and owns Specialty Home Loans, so clients get brokerage, financing and construction experience from one team.

He holds a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington, and an MIT certificate in real estate development. His clients range from first-time buyers to professional investors from out of state.
