- Sourcing. We source deals for builders, from pre-entitlement to shovel-ready, on and off the market.
- Land use. We adopted a number of land use and zoning changes early, and we share what we learned.
- Relationships. We introduce builders to the lenders, material suppliers, consultants and subcontractors we already work with.
- Capital. Our capital partners can provide equity, or help raise it from our investor base.
